Last week in Te Ngahere we all learnt about William Pike. We researched information about him and found out how he relates to a story we read earlier on called the rep. Also, we watched a live stream if William Pike. He was talking about his trip in Antarctica. It was really interesting to learn about his trip and all the different things he saw. William Pike even climbed up Mount Scott! That is very high. William Pike was a fun person to research and we all learnt a lot.

Shattering Breakthough

After reading the story we answered some comprehension questions about the story. The questions were really challenging but in the end we were able to work them out.
